 AssemblyArete' Industries originated out of our customer's limited floor space requirements for a new program. We quickly located a building near their plant, hired and trained staff and launched the program on time. The customer was not only able to realize a cost savings, but from this successful program, has now allocated more of their floor space to capital intensive, higher margin processes. By focusing on these processes they become our core competency. Since our expertise is addressing the constant change introduced by these non-core competencies, we look at each opportunity with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and develop a process which is more cost-effective, productive, quality consistent and ... results in reducing our customers costs, saving money. Since our inception, we have established a solid track record of reinventing ourselves to meet the needs of our customers. Each of the services we provide today e.g. warehousing, logistics, assembly, and inspection ... was spawned by a particular need that our customers felt they were not performing as well as they could and, they wanted a third party opinion or recommendation. |
